Project ManagerThe Project Manager will report into regional construction leadership and work closely alongside Superintendents in a collaborative project delivery model. This Project Manager role offers exposure to projects ranging from $5M to $30M and the opportunity to contribute to a growing pipeline of work throughout the region.Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and client communication.Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.Monitor project financial performance and drive successful outcomes.Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
