Description
The Project Manager will report into regional construction leadership and work closely alongside Superintendents in a collaborative project delivery model. This Project Manager role offers exposure to projects ranging from $5M to $30M and the opportunity to contribute to a growing pipeline of work throughout the region.
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and client communication.
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project financial performance and drive successful outcomes.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Profile
For the Project Manager role we are seeking:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
- Experience delivering projects in one or more of the following sectors: healthcare, education, manufacturing, industrial, office, retail, or commercial.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M in value.
- Ability to travel regionally as project needs require.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A team-oriented professional who values integrity, accountability, and long-term career growth.
Job Offer
- Base salary of $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and project portfolio.
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance of approximately $925 per month.
