Description
Project ManagerThe Project Manager will report to a Senior Project Executive and take ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through close-out.Lead full lifecycle project management, ensuring delivery on time and within budgetOversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and managementCollaborate with Estimating and Preconstruction teams during bidding phasesMaintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contactManage project schedules, cost controls, and risk mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsCoordinate closely with Superintendents to drive onsite executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
