Description
The Project Manager will report to a Senior Project Executive and take ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through close-out.
- Lead full lifecycle project management, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and management
- Collaborate with Estimating and Preconstruction teams during bidding phases
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Manage project schedules, cost controls, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to drive onsite execution
Profile
For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record managing ground-up or major renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost control
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
