Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources for successful project delivery.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:
- 7+ years of project management experience within the construction industry.
- Experience managing commercial construction and tenant fit-out projects.
- Background working with a General Contractor and/or Owner's Representative organization.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management software platforms.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
