Assist in managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Support budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and project documentation
Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
Manage project costs, help negotiate change orders, and track financial performance
Participate in subcontractor meetings and maintain project communication across all stakeholders
Monitor project schedules and proactively identify potential risks or delays
Utilize project management technology and construction software platforms to improve efficiency
Support quality control and ensure projects are completed to company standards
Maintain accurate project records, reports, contracts, and documentation
Take ownership of project responsibilities and contribute to successful project outcomes

A successful Project Manager should have:
5 years of commercial construction experience preferred
Experience working for a general contractor is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Equivalent construction field experience will be considered
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Experience with Google Workspace preferred
Exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software is a plus
Self-starter mentality with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative
Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and desire to grow into greater project leadership responsibilities
