We are seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale concrete construction projects. This role provides strategic leadership over financial performance, operational execution, risk management, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
The ideal candidate is a proven construction leader with deep expertise in structural concrete operations, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
Provide full lifecycle leadership for major concrete phases of construction projects
Establish execution strategy, staffing plans, procurement approach, and risk mitigation frameworks
Drive alignment between field operations, preconstruction, and executive leadership
Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Oversee contract administration, change strategy, and commercial negotiations
Protect margin through proactive risk identification and disciplined financial oversight
Direct procurement and subcontracting for major concrete scopes including structural concrete, rebar, post-tensioning, formwork systems, cranes, and specialty materials
Partner with Superintendents to ensure engineered forming systems, safe work plans, and efficient field productivity
Coordinate with other trades and stakeholders to optimize sequencing and minimize disruptions
Serve as point of contact for Owners and General Contractors
Lead high-level project meetings, negotiations, and regulatory engagement
Ensure project delivery meets or exceeds client expectations and strengthens long-term relationships
Champion a zero-incident safety culture in compliance with OSHA/MOSH/VOSH standards
Establish quality control standards that ensure strict adherence to contract documents
Mentor and develop project engineers, assistant project managers, and field leaders
10+ years of progressive leadership in concrete construction project management
Proven success managing large, complex structural concrete projects
Strong financial management, forecasting, and contract negotiation experience
Deep understanding of construction drawings, engineered forming systems, and structural sequencing
Demonstrated leadership presence with ability to influence Owners, executives, and field teams
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
