Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational initiatives for process improvement, technology enablement, and AI integration.
- Collaborate with investment, operations, and technology teams to streamline workflows and enhance data integrity.
- Oversee cross-functional projects, including gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, and supporting implementation.
- Enhance and manage core business systems like CRM and portfolio management platforms.
- Analyze data to provide insights, enhance reporting, and identify automation opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to standardize processes and improve data governance.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and AI tools to boost operational efficiency.
- 5+ years in project management, business operations, or technology/process optimization in relevant financial sectors.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.
- Expertise in handling large datasets and optimizing business systems.
- Experience with DealCloud CRM, eFront, Cobalt, and AI tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and enterprise data management solutions is advantageous.
