We're adding a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. A Day in the Life:
+ Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
+ Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
+ Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
+ Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
+ Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
+ Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
+ Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
Necessary Qualifications:
+ 3-5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred
+ Advanced Technology, Food & Beverage, Multifamily, Life Science and/or Data Center project experience
+ Estimating experience required
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
