Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the Austin area. This role offers strong compensation, a steady pipeline of projects, and the opportunity to work with a well-established and growing construction team.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing ground-up or large-scale commercial projects and be comfortable handling budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end construction project lifecycle from planning to completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
Conduct site visits and oversee on-site activities
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
3–7+ years of experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes
Experience managing budgets and timelines
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ground-up commercial construction
Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Primavera, etc.)
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
