Job Description
- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and propose solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all project activities.
