Our client is a respected mid-sized Commercial & Retail General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality interior fit-outs throughout New York City. Known for their collaborative culture and repeat client base, they offer the stability of an established contractor with the agility and growth opportunities of a smaller firm.

Description

    • Manage commercial and retail interiors projects from start to finish
    • Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and project documentation
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
    • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
    • Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact delivery

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience managing commercial interiors projects in NYC
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost management
    • Experience working for a General Contractor on tenant fit-out, corporate, or retail projects
    • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
    • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
    • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore is a plus
