Ready to take ownership of exciting commercial interiors projects across NYC? We're looking for a Project Manager who can confidently lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Description
- Manage commercial and retail interiors projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and project documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact delivery
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial interiors projects in NYC
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost management
- Experience working for a General Contractor on tenant fit-out, corporate, or retail projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore is a plus
