Project Manager - Construction - Greenwich
Our client is a highly regarded custom home builder specializing in luxury residential construction throughout Fairfield County. With an established reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering architecturally significant homes, they have become a trusted partner for homeowners, architects, and designers building some of Connecticut's finest residences.
As a Project Manager - Construction - Greenwich, you will be responsible for:
- Managing custom home projects from planning through final turnover
- Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
- Coordinating architects, designers, engineers, and consultants
- Managing subcontractor procurement and contract administration
- Reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitoring project costs and maintaining budget controls
- Leading client meetings and providing regular project updates
- Coordinating field operations with Superintendents
- Managing high-end finish packages and custom selections
- Identifying project risks and implementing solutions
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting
- Overseeing project closeout and homeowner handoff
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction
- Extensive experience building luxury custom homes
- Strong understanding of high-end residential construction methods
- Experience coordinating custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finishes
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Experience working with luxury homeowners, architects, and designers
- Proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or similar software
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
