With an established reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering architecturally significant homes, they have become a trusted partner for homeowners, architects, and designers building some of Connecticut's finest residences.As a Project Manager - Construction - Greenwich, you will be responsible for:Managing custom home projects from planning through final turnoverDeveloping and maintaining project schedules and budgetsCoordinating architects, designers, engineers, and consultantsManaging subcontractor procurement and contract administrationReviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMonitoring project costs and maintaining budget controlsLeading client meetings and providing regular project updatesCoordinating field operations with SuperintendentsManaging high-end finish packages and custom selectionsIdentifying project risks and implementing solutionsMaintaining project documentation and reportingOverseeing project closeout and homeowner handoffThe successful candidate will have:5+ years of Project Management experience in residential constructionExtensive experience building luxury custom homesStrong understanding of high-end residential construction methodsExperience coordinating custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finishesProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractorsExcellent client-facing and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret architectural and structural drawingsExperience working with luxury homeowners, architects, and designersProficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or similar softwareStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesWhat's on Offer:Competitive base salary: $130,000 - $200,000+Annual performance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysVehicle allowance or mileage reimbursementStable pipeline of luxury custom home projectsOpportunity to work on premier Greenwich estatesProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and family-oriented cultureLong-term growth with a respected luxury home builder
