Project Manager – Construction / Industrial Projects

Location: Texas (Houston Area) | Remote Flexibility Available
Salary: $110,000 + 15% Bonus

About the Role

A global industrial organization specializing in vertical access and elevator solutions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee industrial installation and refurbishment projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end project execution across industries such as oil & gas, infrastructure, chemical, cement, and power.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple industrial or construction-related projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track project budgets and financial performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
  • Oversee project documentation including plans, reports, contracts, and schedules
  • Interpret technical drawings, plans, and project specifications

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of project management experience in industrial, construction, or technical environments
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and financial tracking
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage technical project documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or plans
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial construction or equipment installation projects
  • Experience working with general contractors (GCs)
  • Experience managing subcontractors and vendors
  • Experience with contract management and customer-facing project delivery
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation planning
  • Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
  • Experience with AutoCAD or 3D modeling tools
  • PMP or similar project management certification

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Technical or engineering-related degree preferred
