We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interiors projects across New York City from preconstruction through closeout. Description
- Manage commercial interiors projects from award through completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and client teams
- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Proven track record delivering commercial interiors projects in NYC
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and construction operations
- Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-driven mindset
