Project Manager Construction

The Watson Organization is seeking an experienced, motivated construction project manager to oversee multiple commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders while keeping strong communication with clients, subs, and the internal team. Must be proficient in Procore and Bluebeam, with solid scheduling experience. Estimating experience is a plus but not required. Looking for a team player, strong organizational and communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Look for a well spoking Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry that is willing to travel, also have some experience in estimate and not afraid to put boots on the ground to kick off a project as needed. Team player that is willing to learn and teach as he/she progresses in their career.
