Project Manager - Construction - QueensOur client is a highly regarded New York City general contractor and construction management firm with a strong presence throughout Queens and the greater NYC market. They specialize in commercial, multifamily residential, mixed-use, healthcare, and institutional projects and have built a reputation for delivering complex developments through strong client relationships and operational excellence. With a growing project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction - Queens to join their team.As Project Manager - Construction - Queens, you will be responsible for:Managing projects from preconstruction through completionDeveloping and maintaining project schedules and budgetsCoordinating owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsManaging contracts, procurement, and subcontractor agreementsReviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMonitoring project costs and maintaining financial controlsPreparing forecasts, reports, and project status updatesLeading project meetings and stakeholder communicationIdentifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsSupporting field teams to maintain project milestonesManaging project closeout, punch-list, and turnover activitiesA successful Project Manager - Construction - Queens should have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field5+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industryExperience managing projects throughout New York CityStrong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project controlsProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teamsExperience with commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, healthcare, or institutional projectsProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar softwareStrong communication and client-facing skillsExcellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyWhat's on offer:Competitive base salary: $130,000 - $170,000+Annual performance bonusComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time off and company holidaysCareer advancement opportunities with a growing organizationProfessional development and training supportStable pipeline of projects throughout Queens and NYCTransportation allowance or commuter benefitsCollaborative and entrepreneurial work environmentOpportunity to manage high-profile developments shaping the future of QueensApply today to join a leading NYC construction firm and play a key role in delivering some of Queens' most exciting projects.
