Job Title: Senior Project Manager Job Description This Senior Project Manager role is a hybrid position based in Seattle, WA, responsible for leading complex projects from inception through completion. You will manage all phases of project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. The role focuses on commercial real estate and construction-related projects, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional project outcomes. Responsibilities + Deliver exceptional project management services across the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through closeout. + Manage and oversee all aspects of projects, including detailed planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and risk management. + Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor performance against established milestones and financial targets. + Coordinate and lead internal project teams and external partners to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables. + Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success and resolve issues proactively. + Ensure projects are completed on time, within approved budgets, and in accordance with quality, safety, and compliance standards. + Provide clear leadership and guidance to project teams, setting expectations, assigning responsibilities, and supporting team members in achieving their objectives. + Empower project teams to thrive by fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively engaging to understand their goals, objectives, and constraints. + Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive project experience. + Champion a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging within project teams and across the broader organization. + Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. + Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, risks, budget performance, and key decisions, to stakeholders and leadership. + Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project coordination professionals to integrate technical requirements into project plans. + Support change management efforts within projects, including assessing impacts, communicating changes, and ensuring adoption of new processes or solutions. + Promote adherence to construction processes, building codes, and applicable regulations throughout project execution. + Leverage project management software and tools to track tasks, resources, budgets, and documentation efficiently. + Continuously seek opportunities to drive innovation and improve project delivery methods and outcomes. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar discipline. + PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification. + Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the commercial real estate industry. + Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and support cross-functional project teams. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. + Demonstrated ability to plan, budget, schedule, and execute projects in alignment with organizational goals. + Excellent organizational and time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. + Experience in project management, construction management, and project coordination. + Background in engineering or construction, with familiarity in commercial construction and project engineering. + Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, coordinating both in-person and remote activities.
