Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager (IT/OT Infrastructure)

Location: Bend, OR (Onsite)
Duration: Through December 2028

Project: Long-Term IT/OT Infrastructure Program


Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure projects supporting a large-scale manufacturing environment. This individual will oversee infrastructure implementation throughout the project lifecycle while coordinating with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure initiatives, strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technologies, and a background supporting regulated manufacturing environments such as pharmaceuticals or other validated industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and OT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with departments including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations.
  • Ensure infrastructure solutions comply with organizational IT security, quality, and governance standards.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, project reporting, and executive status updates.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project issues.
  • Lead steering committee meetings and provide regular project status reporting.
  • Maintain project documentation and project management systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
  • Coordinate with other project managers and program leadership on enterprise initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
  • Experience leading enterprise infrastructure deployments or large infrastructure transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data center infrastructure (including brownfield/repurposing projects)
    • LAN/WAN networking
    • Wi-Fi
    • Network switching
    • Servers
    • Firewalls
    • Infrastructure security
    • End-user workplace technologies
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and vendor management experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of GxP, FDA, or similar regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience delivering IT infrastructure for manufacturing or industrial facilities.
  • Experience working within global enterprise environments.
