Description

Project ManagerLead multiple commercial construction projects, primarily focused on high-end interior buildouts and renovations. Manage full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. Oversee complex scopes including structural upgrades, MEP systems, and specialty integrations. Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders. Proven experience delivering high-end interior or corporate buildout projects. Strong understanding of complex renovation and construction processes. Experience working in active commercial environments (office, legal, medical, or similar). Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project preferred). Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Local market experience in the Mid-Atlantic region strongly preferred.High visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership.
