High-End Corporate Interiors Project ManagerOur client is a premier Chicago-area general contractor specializing in high-end corporate interiors, workplace transformations, headquarters relocations, and tenant improvement projects. With a strong pipeline of repeat business and a reputation for delivering high-profile office environments, they continue to expand throughout the Chicagoland market.Job DescriptionManage multiple corporate interiors projects simultaneously.Lead project planning, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and ownership teams.Monitor project financials including forecasts, change orders, and cost controls.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Conduct client meetings and maintain excellent communication throughout project lifecycles.Oversee project documentation and reporting.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
