The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead corporate interior construction projects ranging from $1M-$30M. This individual will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring successful project execution.

Description
- Manage multiple corporate interiors projects simultaneously.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and ownership teams.
- Monitor project financials including forecasts, change orders, and cost controls.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct client meetings and maintain excellent communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Oversee project documentation and reporting.
Profile
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Corporate interiors, tenant improvement, or commercial renovation experience required.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
