Work Model: Hybrid - Tue-Thurs in office
Compensation: $122-127k per year

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized, operationally driven Project Manager, Creative and Marketing Operations to support the execution of creative initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This role is central to supporting the Marketing and Creative Teams. Developing and managing all sub timelines, ensuring both pre-season and in-season work is delivered on time and aligned with brand vision. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence behind creative work.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Act as the operational anchor for marketing and creative projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency
Run weekly status meetings with the Marketing team to ensure everyone is pacing to all milestones, deck updates and prep work
Provide regular project updates and flag risks early
Proactively identify scheduling risks and adjust timelines to meet key business milestones
Ensure alignment between creative, production, fashion office, and marketing calendars
Assign, track, and follow up on deliverables across Marketing teams
Maintain project management tools with clear priorities, dependencies, and real-time status updates

WHAT S NEEDED
3+ years of experience in project management, fashion production, or creative operations
Exceptional organizational and calendar management skills
Experience with project management tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
Experience working in fashion, apparel, or luxury brands
Familiarity with e-commerce, campaign, and creative production
