Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead and coordinate projects involving critical infrastructure and construction environments. This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing complex infrastructure projects, coordinating vendors and contractors, and working closely with engineering and construction teams.
You will be responsible for driving projects forward, coordinating multiple stakeholders, tracking progress, identifying risks and issues, and ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects and programs involving critical infrastructure and construction.
- Coordinate project activities from planning through execution and completion.
- Work closely with vendors, contractors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, schedules, and project expectations.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and overall progress.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
- Identify potential project challenges and drive timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, schedules, and action items.
- Communicate project status and key issues to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with established scope, schedule, and requirements.
- Apply structured project/program management practices in a fast-paced infrastructure environment.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of project/program management experience.
- Strong experience with critical infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated construction/project management experience.
- Strong vendor management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
