Project Manager

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety regulations

- Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction activities

- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the project

- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management
