Our client is a West Palm Beach-based custom home builder specializing in luxury residential construction, renovations, and historic restorations. They have built a strong reputation for delivering architecturally refined homes across Palm Beach, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach. Description

  • Lead ground-up luxury custom home projects from start to finish
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee and mentor project teams
  • Ensure quality, safety, and high-end finish standards

Profile

  • 5-7+ years of experience in construction
  • Proven experience with ground-up custom homes
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage teams/projects end-to-end
  • Driven, self-aware, and motivated to grow within a high-performance environment

Job Offer

  • $125K-$150K base salary + bonus/profit share (OTE $200K+)
  • Vehicle allowance + 401K (4% match)
