Project Manager - Custom Residential
Lead the delivery of some of the region's most prestigious homes. Fast-track your growth into a project leadership position.
Our client is a privately owned construction company that has been operating since the early 1990s and specializes in luxury custom residential construction throughout the MetroWest Massachusetts area. With a team of approximately 30 employees, they deliver architecturally significant custom homes ranging from $10M to $20M in value, along with select renovation and addition projects. Due to continued project wins and a robust backlog of work, they are expanding their Project Management team.
Manage high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, reporting, and project tracking. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely project delivery. Support procurement activities and assist with subcontractor coordination. Ensure projects are executed in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.

A successful Project Manager - Custom Residential should have:
- 5+ years of residential construction Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing custom home, luxury residential, or high-end renovation projects
- Procore experience is required
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be commutable to Southborough, MA, with regular site visits throughout the MetroWest area and occasional travel to Cape Cod projects
