Role: Technical Project Manager- Customer information File

Location: 320 South Canal Street, 14th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606

Salary Range: $70 - $75/hr on W2

Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background working within Bank of Montreal (BMO) environments, specifically with BMO ECIF and associated downstream teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively drive complex initiatives while managing demanding stakeholders and navigating hybrid delivery environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Customer Information file - minimum 2-5 years of experience.
• Project management experience - 10 years of experience.
• Strong stakeholder management - 10 years of experience.
• Banking or Financial experience - 5-10 years of experience.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or banking environments.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications.
• Familiarity with data integration, enterprise systems, or platform modernization initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects within a BMO ECIF ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with downstream teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution.
• Manage and influence challenging stakeholders, including senior leadership, while maintaining project momentum.
• Drive project delivery across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, selecting the appropriate framework based on project needs.
• Ensure clear communication, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.
• Identify dependencies and proactively manage cross-functional impacts.
