What You’ll Be Doing as the Project Manager
  • Lead multiple industrial and warehouse projects through all phases of design and Construction Administration
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and client expectations in a fast-paced project environment
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal production teams throughout project execution
  • Oversee Construction Administration activities including RFIs, submittals, site visits, contractor coordination, and drawing review
  • Utilize Revit to support project coordination, documentation, and team collaboration
  • Maintain strong communication with ownership groups, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout all project phases
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client goals and quality standards
  • Mentor and support production staff while helping drive project quality, efficiency, and technical execution
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through responsive communication and successful project delivery
  • Support the successful delivery of complex industrial, warehouse, and distribution facility projects throughout Dallas and surrounding markets







What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing industrial and warehouse architectural projects from design through Construction Administration
  • Strong background in Construction Administration including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and contractor coordination
  • Experience as an Architectural Project Manager within architecture, industrial, warehouse, or commercial project environments
  • Strong industrial and warehouse project experience required
  • Proficiency in Revit and experience coordinating architectural documentation and project teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and client relationship management skills
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships and support repeat business opportunities
  • Passion for delivering high-quality industrial and warehouse design projects throughout Dallas and surrounding markets
