What You’ll Do as the Project Manager
  • Lead full project lifecycle — Manage multiple small to mid-size multifamily projects through all phases.
  • Serve as primary client liaison — Translate goals into scope, schedules, and budgets; maintain proactive communication.

  • Represent the studio locally — Model professionalism with clients, jurisdictions, and partners across Dallas.

What You Bring

  • Architectural depth — Thorough knowledge from concept to CA; multifamily experience strongly preferred.
