Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in Agile projects. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee multiple projects in a remote work model, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. The candidate should also have resource management experience and be comfortable with capacity planning, tracking, onboarding and offboarding of associates. This role does not require travel and operates during US Central Time day shifts. This is a contract-to-hire position where the candidate may be required to join the client as FTE in a few months.
Responsibilities:
      - Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
      - Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
      - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
      - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
      - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
      - Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
      - Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
      - Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
      - Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
      - Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
       - Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance.
      - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
       - Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
       - Have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
      - Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
