August Real Estate is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our growing development team.

\n

\n

This role offers the opportunity to work on commercial real estate projects from early planning through construction, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and city agencies while helping keep projects on schedule and within budget.

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n

* Manage project schedules and budgets.

\n

* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and municipalities.

\n

* Assist with permitting and construction administration.

\n

* Conduct site visits and track project progress.

\n

* Support the development team across multiple projects.

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.

\n

* 0–3 years of experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

\n

* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

\n

* Familiarity with the Dallas area is a plus.

\n
