Description

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 3 years
Pay Range: $60 $63/hr on W2

*** STRONG PREFERENCE for on-site in Dallas, TX 5 days/week. Will consider remote from anywhere in U.S. if a strong candidate. *** Hours are 8a-4p or 9a-5p CST.

TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Lead end-to-end project management for service communications from intake through deployment, including timelines, approvals, stakeholder alignment, performance measurement, and follow-up.
2. Develop and manage new SharePoint intake process.
3. Build and maintain centralized communications archive as a source of truth for past, active, and future service communications.
4. Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure communications are accurate, compliant, timely, customer-centric, and aligned with business priorities.
5. Leverage Copilot AI Agents and automation tools to streamline workflows.
