Job Description

The Project Manager - Data Center Construction - Sterling, VA will be responsible for:

• Lead the day-to-day management and execution of a large-scale construction project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and field operations teams.
• Monitor project risk, quality, safety, and contract compliance throughout all phases of construction.
• Drive project planning efforts, including procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Partner closely with Superintendents and Operations leadership to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress, cost performance, and schedule updates.
• Support business growth initiatives through exceptional project execution and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Data Center Construction - Sterling, VA should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Data center, mission-critical, or complex base building experience strongly preferred.
• Candidates with MEP-intensive commercial construction backgrounds will also be considered.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, contracts, and project controls.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in the Sterling, VA area.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
