Job Description
- Lead all safety operations for major, hyper-scale data center project(s)
- Establish and implement safety programs, policies, and site standards
- Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Act as the primary safety authority for site teams, subcontractors, and leadership
- Help shape the foundation of the company's long-term data center safety strategy
- Partner directly with senior leadership to plan and execute future safety processes
- Promote a proactive, zero-incident safety culture across job site(s)

The Successful Applicant
- +/- 5-12 years of construction safety experience
- Proven experience as a Safety Manager on large, high-profile projects, preferably within data center or mission-critical construction
- Strong ability to recognize both existing and potential safety risks and take the lead in implementing corrective measures
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and the capability to solve complex problems
- Stable work history with strong tenure
