As a Project Manager Data Center Facilities, you will oversee complex design/build and construction projects from initial concept through final completion. This is a hands?on leadership role managing all construction activities while partnering closely with clients, design teams, and field personnel to ensure exceptional outcomes. Ideally this Project Manager will have experience leading the full construction scope as the General Contractor, including subcontractor buyout, safety and field execution, schedule ownership, RFIs and submittals, change management, pay apps, and coordination of all trades through turnover. What Youll Do
Project Leadership & Planning
Lead all phases of design/build, construction management, or construct?only projects
Support project directors with RFP responses, conceptual estimates, schedules, and proposal documents
Drive project planning, sequencing, and scheduling with superintendents and subcontractors
Conduct jobsite meetings and maintain accurate, up?to?date project schedules
Design, Preconstruction & Procurement
Monitor progress of design documents and participate in design reviews
Provide input on constructability, scope changes, and cost impacts
Prepare detailed estimates, cost codes, and cost?control systems
Develop bid packages, solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and award subcontracts and major purchase orders
Execution, Financial Management & Reporting
Manage project cost controls, labor reports, and project status summaries
Oversee submittal processes to ensure alignment with project schedules
Coordinate permitting, inspections, and approvals with authorities having jurisdiction
Lead client communications, progress meetings, and formal reporting
Prepare invoicing, manage project cash flow, and oversee payments to vendors/subcontractors
Address subcontractor performance issues, including documentation and corrective actions
Quality, Safety & Team Development
Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
Partner with superintendents to resolve field challenges quickly and effectively
Mentor and support developing construction personnel
Manage project close?out, punch?list items, and warranty activities
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
3-5+ years of experience in data construction project management
Strong background in data center facility design and construction
Expertise in project budgets, scheduling, estimating, and resource management
Knowledge of construction methods, engineering concepts, materials, and technology
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong understanding of safety requirements and best practices

Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to travel to jobsites and safely perform tasks involving standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and occasionally lifting materials (1050 lbs). Must have strong hand?eye coordination, dexterity, and visual acuity to operate equipment, read plans, and use a computer.
