Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Management / Project Management professional to support a global sustainability reporting program.
In this role, you will manage data collection, reporting workflows, data quality, and stakeholder coordination across multiple teams. You will work with large volumes of data and help ensure that reporting information is accurate, complete, traceable, and delivered on schedule.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving data-quality issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and independently driving workstreams to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Define, configure, and maintain reporting metrics within enterprise reporting systems.
- Lead end-to-end data collection activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Track data submissions, deadlines, gaps, and outstanding requests.
- Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain database structures and ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Perform data preparation, reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance checks.
- Partner with finance/controllership teams on data validation, controls, and audit trails.
- Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and data dictionaries.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Communicate project status, data issues, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
- Independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in data management, database administration, data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise reporting platforms, data management systems, or relational databases.
- Strong Excel skills, particularly VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
- Experience managing large datasets and maintaining high data-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Ability to independently manage workstreams and drive tasks through completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
