Write and maintain clear technical documentation across the project lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering and operations teams to keep deliverables on schedule.
Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to both technical teams and executive audiences.
Escalate roadblocks proactively and drive them to resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or business field.
Proven experience managing projects in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments.
Strong technical writing skills, comfortable producing status reports and formal documentation.
Track record of building and presenting executive-level materials.
Experience managing project budgets, cost tracking, and deliverable schedules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or similar project management certification a plus.
