Description

As the Project Manager, you will report to senior operations leadership and oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Lead multifamily construction projects from early planning through completion
  • Partner with preconstruction on final estimates, buyout, and subcontractor awards
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure profitability
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents to drive field execution
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, contracts, and change management
  • Maintain strong client relationships and clear project communication
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

Profile

For the Project Manager, we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Proven multifamily project experience (required)
  • Commercial construction exposure is a plus
  • Experience supporting preconstruction, estimating, and buyout
  • Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with industry‑standard construction management software
