- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Engineering degree from a 4 year university
- Experience managing construction projects within the general contracting industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in construction.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Job Offer
