We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and execute multifamily and commercial construction projects. This role is based in Denver and is ideal for professionals with a strong background in project management with multifamily projects (commercial is a plus).

Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation to track progress and performance.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and management across all phases of the project.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of proven experience managing multifamily construction projects as a project manager.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- A solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
- The ability to identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
