As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager specializing in multi-family construction to join our team.

Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of multi-family construction projects from initiation to completion.
    • Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  2. Team Leadership:

    • Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
    • Conduct regular site meetings to address issues, provide updates, and ensure project milestones are met.
  3. Budget and Cost Control:

    • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
    • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Maintain high standards of construction quality and safety.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  5. Client Relations:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
    • Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on multi-family construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
