Job Details
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, real estate development, or design-build environments.
- Experience managing projects on behalf of a developer or owner is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Strong understanding of the complete development process, including preconstruction, permitting, design coordination, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
- Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and ownership teams.
- Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and project budgets.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, contract administration, risk management, and change order management.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to travel periodically to project sites as needed.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently within a hybrid work environment.
- Commitment to delivering projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
