Project Manager, Digital Fund Enablement
Location: Austin, TX 78701 (Onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $60.00-$65.00/hour
Type: Temp, Possible Temp to Hire

Position Overview
The Project Manager, Digital Fund Enablement is responsible for coordinating fund lifecycle events and ensuring accurate representation of investment products across regional digital platforms. This role combines project management, digital operations, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced managing operational workflows in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fund lifecycle events, including launches, mergers, liquidations, and product updates.
  • Coordinate fund-related updates across regional websites and digital platforms.
  • Partner with Technology teams on release planning, testing, and launch execution.
  • Ensure regulatory disclosures and fund content remain accurate and up to date.
  • Track and resolve data, content, and operational issues across teams.
  • Maintain process documentation, governance standards, and business rules.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and leverage AI-enabled tools.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to secure required approvals.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services, asset management, digital operations, project management, product operations, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recurring operational processes and release schedules.
  • Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience driving workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Interest in automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with investment products, fund operations, or regulated industries is preferred.
