Job Description
The responsibilities of a Project Manager:
- Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owner stakeholders.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk management.
- Drive successful project execution on complex healthcare builds exceeding $50M.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities.
- Coordinate with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance.
- Lead project financial reporting, forecasting, and contract administration.
- Mentor and develop project engineers, assistant project managers, and project managers.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on project strategy and delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Approximately 5-15 years of commercial construction experience.
- General contracting experience required.
- Proven healthcare construction experience.
- Experience leading healthcare projects valued at $50M+.
- Ideal experience range includes projects from $75M-$400M+.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
What's on Offer
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $160,000
- Annual Bonus: Typically 10%+, with approximately 20% bonus potential for senior-level hires
