    Key Responsibilities

    • Create precise budgets utilizing historical project data
    • Conduct regular site visits to all projects, ensuring proper field methods and comprehensive project knowledge
    • Demonstrate thorough understanding of project documentation, cost control, estimating and construction management systems
    • Analyze and interpret contracts, plans, specifications and change orders
    • Monitor and manage labor allocation across projects, including subcontractors and internal resources
    • Skillfully coordinate material ordering, tracking and administration according to established protocols
    • Deliver timely project updates and verify completed work
    • Handle accounting responsibilities including invoices, requisitions, and payroll approvals
    • Lead and develop team members, fostering professional growth
    • Serve as a company representative, maintaining exceptional client relationships

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting preferred
    • 3+ years of Project Management experience with strong estimating background (2+ years as assistant estimator)
    • MBA considered an advantage
    • Experience in client development and relationship management
    • Background working with subcontractors or general contractors
    • Proven ability to excel in high-pressure environments
    • Track record of meeting/exceeding goals independently
    • Self-motivated with commitment to excellence
    • Willingness to work from office or job sites
