Key Responsibilities
Create precise budgets utilizing historical project data
Conduct regular site visits to all projects, ensuring proper field methods and comprehensive project knowledge
Demonstrate thorough understanding of project documentation, cost control, estimating and construction management systems
Analyze and interpret contracts, plans, specifications and change orders
Monitor and manage labor allocation across projects, including subcontractors and internal resources
Skillfully coordinate material ordering, tracking and administration according to established protocols
Deliver timely project updates and verify completed work
Handle accounting responsibilities including invoices, requisitions, and payroll approvals
Lead and develop team members, fostering professional growth
Serve as a company representative, maintaining exceptional client relationships

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting preferred
3+ years of Project Management experience with strong estimating background (2+ years as assistant estimator)
MBA considered an advantage
Experience in client development and relationship management
Background working with subcontractors or general contractors
Proven ability to excel in high-pressure environments
Track record of meeting/exceeding goals independently
Self-motivated with commitment to excellence
Willingness to work from office or job sites
