Job Description
As a Program Manager for an IT Program, you will design, implement, and maintain strategic multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. You will apply your advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You must be able to work without considerable direction, mentor, and may supervise team members.
Responsibilities

- Manage project lifecycles, track milestones, and ensure alignment with DoD acquisition policies
- Ensure project success by managing specific Work Order execution, tracking schedules, and mitigating risks
Requirements
- Experience in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies
- Ability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks
- TSSCI clearance
- Bachelors degree in Project Management or Information Systems, or 5 years of experience in managing DoD projects
- PMP Certification (nice to have)
Nice to Have
- Possession of strong analytical and leadership skills to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints
- Lean Six Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or DAWIA Level II in Program Management Certification
- Clearance (nice to have)
