Project ManagerA leading Chicago general contractor specializing in high-rise commercial, corporate interiors, mixed-use developments, hospitality, and healthcare projects throughout downtown Chicago. Known for delivering landmark projects while maintaining a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and employee development.Job DescriptionManage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project execution.Negotiate contracts and change orders.Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships.Monitor project financial performance and forecasting.Develop and maintain project schedules.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.Ensure quality control and safety compliance.Review RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Lead project meetings and provide executive-level reporting.Manage project risk and mitigation plans.Ensure successful project closeout and turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
