We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects ranging from $10M to $100M+. This position will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while serving as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field operations.

Description
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project execution.
- Negotiate contracts and change orders.
- Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships.
- Monitor project financial performance and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Review RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
- Manage project risk and mitigation plans.
- Ensure successful project closeout and turnover.
Profile
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
- Strong knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
