Our client is a rapidly growing and highly respected General Contractor specializing in DSA and LAUSD construction projects throughout Southern California. Job Description
Our Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from award through closeout.
- Ensure compliance with DSA, local jurisdictional requirements, and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor agreements, and procurement logs.
- Lead project meetings with clients, architects, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project financial performance, including cost controls, forecasting, and change management.
- Review RFIs, submittals, design documents, and contract requirements.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance standards are consistently achieved.
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive overall project success.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of project management experience with a General Contractor.
- Direct experience delivering DSA and/or LAUSD projects required.
- Strong understanding of public works construction and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
